I help organizations build trust and foster deep connections with the
communities they serve.
Together with communities, I co-create solutions that are accessible and
sustainable, enhancing the quality of local resources and promoting long-
term growth.
What I Do
Hi, I’m Bianca, a passionate community strategist with over 3 years of
experience in community development. My journey in community health
began in Southern Senegal, wanting to learn from lived experiences and
foster meaningful relationships with local communities.
I earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida and an MPS in
Marine Conservation from the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of
Marine, Atmospheric, and Earth Science.
My commitment to equitable resource access and a deep appreciation for
diverse cultures encourages me to continue engaging in this work.
I thrive on working with small communities and people of the global
majority, blending my expertise with a genuine passion for learning about
different cultures, customs, and beliefs.
I’m excited to connect and explore how we can work together to achieve
your community development goals.
